Using Workspaces, Applications, and Variants
Use workspaces, applications, and variants to organize and manage access to your test resources.
- Workspaces provide secure storage for your information that is separate from other customers. Workspaces contain subfolders for your applications. Each workspace is licensed to a specific user, and plan limits are applied at the workspace level. The workspace owner is usually the person responsible for payment and for authorizing application owners.
- Applications are logically distinct applications. By default, test assets (rules, flows, data, and form specifications) and tags are saved at the application level. Applications contain subfolders for their variants.
- Variants are variations of an application. Each variant has its own base URL, model, and run log. Variants allow you to test different versions of your application in different environments.
Workspaces, applications, and variants are managed from the Admin Center. You must have Owner permission to manage them.
